COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tokyo Seimitsu E-P1000-SD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toyoda products, including obsoleted and phased-out Triconex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tolomatic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toyoda such as the MC256M090X spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7400069005 manufactured by Triconex and we are pleased to be able to service most Triconex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BC210SK6625 by Manufacturer Tolomatic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tol-o-matic Brand 9160002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Transducers-Inc such as C62H50015P5 equipment made by Transducers-Inc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Transducers-Inc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Transducers-Inc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VBPUX21AAA1 made by Toshiba as well as the popular 92005664OX original spares produced by Trenton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0716622147 by Tucker and C62H50015P5 spares by Transducers-Inc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MXE16P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tolomatic. |
